Digimon World 3

I got some problem with the MDEC when I am using Pete's OpenGL plugin with DW3.

Here is my setting :

Plugin: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.1.63
Author: Pete Bernert
Card vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
GFX card: GeForce2 MX/AGP/SSE

Resolution/Color:
- 640x480 Fullscreen - Desktop changing [32 Bit]
- Keep psx aspect ratio: off

Textures:
- R8G8A8A8
- Filtering: 6
- Garbage collection: on
- VRam size: 32 MBytes

Framerate:
- FPS limitation: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: 65

Compatibility:
- Offscreen drawing: 4
- Framebuffer texture: 2
- Framebuffer access: 0
- Alpha multipass: on
- Mask bit: on
- Advanced blending: on

Misc:
- Scanlines: off
- Line mode: off
- Unfiltered FB: off
- Dithering: off
- Screen smoothing: off
- Game fixes: on [00000400]

Also, the MDEC sound is very laggy and I am eternal SPU and try so many different settings but doesn't seems to work.
But if I use Pete's Soft Driver, the MDEC works prefectly. Maybe there is something to do with "Accurate CDRom timing"??
 If so, how do I enable that in epsxe 1.52?

Here is a screenshots of the MDEC, notice the top and bottom part, it just flicking.

To fix the laggy sound, try setting FPS to its original (50 for PAL and 60 for NTSC).

Try setting offscreen drawing mode to 3 to fix screen glitch
