I today read on a site(I don't remember which one but it was kinda official) that Tifa originally wasn't supposed to exist in the scenarii and that they included her after the firs script was made.
Real or not?

I think it's interesting to imagine the game without her. It would have been kind of....strange. Anyway I personally prefer Aeris, her story is more interesting.

I think Yuffie is the one who seems to have been added in haste. The least developed charecter in the game. When it comes to Tifa and Aries....it's hard to choose. Can I have both

Yuffie and Vincent, but they are 'secret' characters. A trend I'm glad that Square dropped, as it causes problems with character development.

Vincent has sort of relevance to the game
there is a chance that he is Sephiroth's real
father consideing his relation to Lucresia

no, it actually isn't new. I remember Vincent having talking about having a relationship with Lucresia. and how he failed to protect her and how he left the expirements go on on her when he should've stopped it.

Lucrecia is (was) with Hojo and Hojo's Sephiroth father. Jenova is only an alien whith who's ADN Sephiroth was modified, if I remind correct.

correct... Hojo is not actually sephiroth's father... Hojo just modified the DNA structure by simply inserting genes from Jenova...
