Chrono Cross Mess Up At Start

My window becomes just black and doesn't load anything after I select a name at the very begining of the game, but for a while i can load state, but i can't see anything why i try to change states, and if I wait a while, that nothing happens at all in the window

My comp is -
Celleron 500, 256MB ram, 8mb vid card

And i'm running
Pete's open GL 1.58
Petes DSound audio Driver 1.14
Petes cdr driver 1.9

and everything is turned way down and i've had no problems running other ps games (hardwear wise) so i presume it's not that

I guess I could use some one's save state or Mem card after the first save state and try that (e-mail it to me at orangegoblin81@hotmail.com ) - Thanks all

Hmmm, r u using Pec (that PSX cheater)?? If so, don't!! As it does problems with this game. I hope that helps

Nope, I never cheat at games, I don't see the point in it... anyways i'm way too 3L337 for that

can you show your config for your gpu plugin and maybe you should update to v 1.62
