Bottle Necked PC....!

For the new generation graphics cards, like Matrox and Geforce 4, whic PC do you think would escape the most highest limit of being a Bottlenecked PC....!

Well if u're using AthlonXP or Pentium 4 based PC combine with a good quality memory like Crucial , corsair, mushkin, etc. There's no need to worry about such thing
