I love the game. It is very addictive, and extremely fun. It can also get very tricky. (I should have listed the last boss as one of the most angering things ever in a video game). However, given that a single game takes around 6 - 7.5 hours to finish, it is also an extremely short game. Replay value isn't that great either, but I have still finished the game 3 times, and I still rent it now and then.

Overall, I would suggest renting the game, as it is way too short. Rent the game for a couple of days and make up your own mind though. It is really good.

Yeah, Pikmin is fun but for some reason it takes up 19 blocks on the memory card! (Thats too many blocks) But it shouldn't be a problem if you have one of those handy 16x cards.

I'm waiting for the memory card 251. It will be released later this month. But for the pikmin save, I can usually free up that much space, and then I just delete the game after I'm finished. It doesn't take too long to finish it after all.

i like the new look of zelda too. i dont have any doubts as to how good the game will be. im only worried about how long the game is.
i mean, since LttP, the games have been getting gradually shorter. LA takes me about a week to beat. OoT takes me from a friday afternoon till sunday night. Majoras mask takes me from friday afternoon till saturday afternoon; without the masks and notebook entry crap. that stuff was just added as an afterthought because the actual ZELDA part of the game was so sickeningly short.

Well, that's 4 people in this thread alone that like the new Zelda. Myself, I think that it looks a lot like the old Zeldas back in the day when sprites were used. I like the return to the original graphical style that made the series popular in the first place.

zelda hasnt been good since a link to the past. Its all the same crap now save the stupid ass princess it was fine for a link to the past because there was allot more to it but now, now its weak. And the graphics do look interesting on the new game.

I will admit, I was woried when i I saw the graphics for the first time, i got kind of woried. After a while, I got used to them and I realized they are pretty damn good, and the gameplay looks promising. But like LizKing said, I'm also worried about the whole game lenght... cuz Majoras Mask was way too short!

Matty, I got 14 pieces the first time I played Pikmin, but I got 30 in 24 days the second time I played. (I read the manual before doing it the second time. I didn't know what red Pikmin did. :blush

Guys, Zelda for GameCube will be good. Just put more faith in Miyamoto san. He's da man!

Waverace: Blue Storm is REALLY hard. I couldn't believe how hard it was. And you will also need to adapt to the controls in the GameCube version. They are changed dramatically from the N64 version.

Luigi's Mansion is a good game, but like Pikmin it is extremely short.

I got a rank of E. I missed ONE Boo that I forgot all about. I think I also lost a whole pile of coins.

I would reccomend going with Rogue Leader or SSX Tricky myself. Both are excellent games.

Spy Hunter just bites. It was bad on PS2, it is worse on GameCube. A crappy game with a crappy port.

well here is my report on the two games (blockbuster did not have spy hunter in = free rental )but insted of getting spy hunter i got 007 agent under fire the game is great the graphics are wonderfull and it is a good as perfect dark as most of you would say(i like golden eye better than perfect dark though) it is the best shooter i have played in a long time and you get to drive the bmw car with rockets and ect.
as for resident evil for gamecube it is.......THE BEST GAME IN A LONG LONG TIME since probley zelda OoT the graphics are great almost makes me want to cry( ) i mean you can see your shadow on the walls and the zombie shadow you can see the maggots going out of the dogs and you see the flesh eating zombies eat humans and the blood dripping from their mouths and the funny thing about it i dont like survival horrors this is the next game i am buying. as of now this is the only survival horror i like even though i have re2 on the 64 it was given to me as a christmas present.
