Harry Potter Update

Looks like now the game should be fully playable in epsxe.
The stuck point in diagon alley at owl feather room seems to have been solved.

Now i will just test out a few more things and find out what solved the problem.

Actually I am not sure coz there are two main possibilities .

1.I just bought a new cd drive that supports sub channels.
2.I just tried new epsxe beta (build 201 which have partial mod chip protection fix).

Now it even works in epsxe 1.5

Strange, strange.

Actually now it looks like it was a sound irq related problem and with newer versions of sound plugins its solved.
