UK Release date for GTA 3!

I thought I would post this for people who don't know. Yes I considered putting it in the new section but I think it goes better here.

Released on 25 May

I heard it has some cool new options such as:
You can now customize the radio stations with your own MP3s.
You can also customize you main character skin.

I'm hoping there will be mods and stuff for this game because I would buy it even though I have PS2 version. Anybody know?
