I was just wondering, if i were to choose between a playstation (one) and a dreamcast based on the games that are going to come out, which one should I choose? Because I know that for another year and a half, sega will be releasing games for dreamcast, but I'm not sure about the PSX.

Oh, and please don't suggest the PS2 because I don't have the money for it:eyes:  . If I did, I would definitely get the ps2, but I can't... darn...

well, as it looks now the psx might even outlive the dc, even though the dc is the better of the two...it has less games, but the games that are there are very good.

The DC, is a great machine, but Sony brainwashed the market and killed off the DC. It has some of the best games out for any console, and I still think it's better than the PS2. The PS2 is powerful, but it doesn't have the games to make it good yet. There are a ton of games on the DC that are worth getting, especially if you might just be buying one. Check out their NBA and NFL series, they totally destroy the EA series IMHO. Also Virtua Tennis is one of the most adictive games! Plus you've got a load of arcade games. It's a good buy, especially since it's cheap now.

But don't worry if you bought DC there are some programmer that tries to emulate ps games to DC currently gt2 , maybe someday it will support lots of games but its a biiiiggggg MAYBE ![]() and besides ps1 is officially dead so you better save your money and take ps2, gamecube, or xbox instead...... or upgrade your PC But if your tired of configuring your emus coz it has a lots of bugs then better buy your console of your choice the one that you desire and also affordable

![]() configuring is fun (even though it pisses me off sometimes if something won't work after 999 tries :P) ....also, running a psx game in 800x600 with fsaa is much cooler...and in case that won't work there's still vgs ![]() finally: I like an all-in-one machine ...and my pc is perfectly suitable for that (well ok, it doesn't do the dishes..yet )
