Unhappy Undeleting a file from InCD

I having been using InCD to save my work on a CD RW disc.

I accidently deleted a file on the CD RW disc and I don't know how to get it back.

Does anybody know how to recover a file from a CD RW disc?

I think if you delete a file on a CD-RW, it is still on the disk until the sectors are written over by more data. There might be programs that recovers the files, but I don't know how many recover from CD-RW
