How do I change discs with iso image.

I just ran into some unpleasantries just now. I am currently playing Lunar 2: Eternal Blue with ePSXe 1.5.1 and I have arrived at the end of disc 1. I didn't know exactly how to change iso files when it asked me to insert disc 2. I did something that made my computer crash and when I restarted my game my save was 2 and a half hours behind the save that it should have been. I am very dissapointed, but I would love to know how to do this properly so it doesn't happen again. Any help you can give me will be great, thank you.

Make a save state when it asks to enter 2nd disk.Exit the emu.Run emu again,Run the second iso ,load the save state and press x
should work that way.
