annoying message report

Hello!
When I open the config menu appears this message "Thunk Connecting Failed (32->16)"
I Think that message appears because I have have 2 HD, one in FAT32 and the other in FAT16.
The emu works properly anyway, and I can config everything I need, but i don't like this kind of lovely-windows-warninigs.
