CD image tester & Vid Problems

I remember seeing some one link to a program that would test CD images for errors, since my cd drive is really slow, i usually have to slap the game on my comp, so this would be greatly appriciated, thanks

Also while playing Legend Of Dragoon on epsxe , Some of the in game animations don't seem to work properly(in fight animations), i just see wavy lines on the borders of the screen and the game slows down to a crawl untill the move is over (i can still hear audio, however it skips and slows as well), anyone know of a solution to this?

Are you playing Legend of Dragoon off a CD, or the ISO?

Plugins:
BIOS - JAP always worked better for me.
Video - Pete's Direct 3D 1.55
Sound - Eternal's SPU 1.20
CD-Rom - Don't use it. ISO's are faster

I'm running it off a .cdi image file that i put into my cdrom emulator so it's an exact copy of the cd, and it reported no errors, and i'm usin' the opengl plugin
