Gran Turismo 2

How do I Custumize the Individual Gears in GT2? Even with a full racing transmission I can't figure it out.

go to machine test (or ne race really). on the menu before u start click on the "settings" button. in here scroll down to gears and u should be able to set them (that is with the full racing transmission)

Hey, i just modified a car slightly, but the acceleration has suffered. I increased hp by 10 and now the car doesn't get out as quickly as it could from the starting line. The needle red lines and bumps around while the tires spinout and the gear delays in changing. is there anything i should fine-tune, or do i just get better tires?

Increase Traction control, or increase the acceleration's limited-slip. ( wait, was is possible to do that in GT2 ? Im talking about GT3 settings here but the settings should do it if you can set those stuff )
