Best software plugin source available is needed

If someone can help me... .I need a software plugin.... and one with its source code... I want to port a ps emulator, but I am using an outdated plugin and it gives the worst performance ever(Im getting 1.5 fps on average on a simple game like street fighter alpha 2). Please reply ASAP

Try PEOPS, its open source. https://sourceforge.net/projects/peops/ As this hasn't got anything to do with epsxe per se, I'll move this to plugins

Is there any other plugin(it doesn't have to be open source as I will contact the author)

It's unlikely that any closed source authors will give out their codes, however you could try asking via their sites linked on this page. http://www.ngemu.com/psx/plugins.php?page=gpu
