How do you convert a .ccd file to .bin or .iso

How do you change a clone-cd file to a iso without burning a cd and using that. (It would not be a perfect conversion then.)

Why do you need to? Clone CD creates files that can be read by ePSXe... at least mine does.

How do you get it to open ccd files? I open it and get the psx bios screen. If you choose the .img file, you lose the stuff in the .sub file

i believe that petes cdr plugin lets you select for a specific sub file if you are worried about that. as i am aware of, its only important for protection systems really.
anyhow, if you did want to convert the image, you would lose all the subchannel data anyway since none of the other formats support it.

You select the sub file seperately.
Use Pete's CD-R plugin and set that sub file as the one you wanna use.
It should work even though you are using an ISO, as long as Pete's plugin is the active one.

Why do you need to convert it? Pete's plugin should run the one that Clone CD spits out...

how do you load that file? I see 3 options:

dont read subchannels
read subchannels (from cd)
use sbi/m3s file

I need to convert it then to use the 3rd option. Using pete's cdrom 1.10

Hmm. I thought it did. I must have been mistaken. What game is it? You may be able to patch it instead...

With epsxe 1.5.1 copy .sub file into patches directory and rename it according to your cdrom (read docs for more info).

I think using daemon tools can help also.

The name of the CD according to the playstation will be somethng like SLUS3216.43 or similar. If yo rename it to the same name of a file on the CD with a similar name, it hould work.

I just use Deamon - CloneCD, and if you need CloneCD, get it from something like Morpheus because you'll need a crack so it wont copy at 2x.

eh, convenience? So he does not have to go through the long argeous process of 2x read. He could delete the crack right after, but use it to make up for the time lost in trying to figure this out.

What about so he doesn't have to go through the long arduous process of downloading? On a 56k modem, it would take around a day to download an ISO at full speed. Aside from which, such banter is not permitted.
You need not read at 2x anyway!!!

First, Im thinking of only dling the Clonecd and patch, which is reletivly small in zip form, but never mind. I just find it easier to lower my ethical considerations when I realize how much money the company is getting anyway. Oh well, I respect your point of view, in that it is kinda like long term borrowing with no charges. Ill be quiet on the matter now
