i dont know about you but who agress with me that these two legends of gaming should team up in the console market .....
i mean how cool would it be ...segtendo or nintega i thinkthis would be a good option for these 2 companys to be able to compete on the same level of their WAAAAAAY too rich competition and really start kicking out some wicked games you know i feel nowadays weve already lost sega one of the pioneers in mass market videogaming and im fearing nintendos next nintendo would already be at segas level if it wasnt for pokemon and gameboy(hurray for pokemon)but that fad is starting to dye out and you have to wonder what else nintendo has under their sleeve

nintendo and sega were once the gods of gaming and it pains me to see them at the mercy of 2 ridicously rich companys
Sega on the other hand always came out with the newest technology first and look where that got them

No it wouldn't be cool !! Nintendo would be stupid to do it !! even Sega wouldn't think of it !! Not to mention bouth of them have diffrent interest's ! But hey it's only a question .

Nintega, lol. Havent heard that one before, it would be an interesting combo, both have stengths in the other's weakness (Mainly sports games come to mind).

IIRC they also jointly developed sonic advance (which is listed on nintendo's homepage and not segas BTW).

I think over the years Sega has been a better game developer. All the great old ones like Space Harrier, Shinobi... then on to the Sonic games...and now their amazing sports and fighting games like NBA2k2 and Virtua Fighter 4. Alas, they were never very good at marketing, and their consoles always had issues... mainly that they rushed the releases of Genesis, Sega-CD, and even Dreamcast - they got some of the initial market on all these systems but eventually their Nintendo and/or Sony counterparts beat them out every time.

i say sega, sony, nintendo just stay as seperate groups... it's fun watching these companies rival each other out in games and stuff.

Sega is not neccasarily a joint company with only nintendo. They offer exclusives to every consoles, Like Shenmue 2 for Xbox.
