Problem forcing 60 fps.

I haven't played and PSX games since September but yesterday I decided to pick up Star Ocean The Second Story where I left off. Now my problem is that I can't run the game (PAL) or any other game at 60 fps. I was able to do this by setting country to NTSC and setting the fps limit to 60 in Pete's OpenGL2. But for some reason it doesn't work anymore.

If I press "Del" when the game is loaded I can see the fps is limited to 50. But if I change the "fl" setting (sown at the top of the screen in pink) from 2 (50 fps), by pressing the "Home" key, to 1 it will run at 60 fps (or whatever I set the limit to in Pete's OGL2 setting). I didn't have to go through this step before.

Any ideas?

PS. I didn't reinstall ePSXe or anything. The install folder and all ePSXeCutor settings have been left untouched since I last played in September.

Solved it.

I had completely forgotten about the PSX Emulation Cheater (PEC) GPU plugin. For some reason, the fps limiter only works if I select Pete's OpenGL2 in the PEC plugin options, it seems to override ePSXe's own framelimiter somehow. PEC didn't show up in the plugin configuration menu in ePSXeCutor because a few months back I turned on DEP for all programs but added only epsxe.exe to the exception list. Now I've also added ePSXeCutor.exe to the list and the PEC plugin is now available and the fps limiter works as it should.
