2x Gamepads and multitap in CTR

Hello everyone, let me first explain my situation.

I bought today 2x Logitech gamepad F310s and i am trying to set up 1vs1 in CTR. However, only 1st controller seems to work.
I have made sure that Port 1 -> pad 1 and port 2 -> pad 1 and both have multitap ticked.

So, back to the question.. How do i set it up properly for both gamepads?

Unless you plan to use 8 gamepads, why did you tick multitap? O.o
Untick it.
