RE3 Voice "cracklin" Problem

I'm using PCSX-Reloaded and it works perfectly but currently I'm playing Resident Evil 3 Nemesis, the game runs perfect, audio is good, but when there is voice audio the sound crackles and becomes horrible, it's only when a character speaks, is there a way to solve this problem?

Dino Crisis has the same problem as it seems

Try the spu eternal plugin 1.41 it fixed this exact problem for me too, hope it will for you too.
