Legend of zelda : Twilight Princess?????

Hello!
Can i play twilight princess with dolphin on my computer specs:
AMD E-350 (2*1.6GHz)
4GB DDR3 RAM
ATI RADEON 6310 HD (shader 5.0, DX11)

How is he joking? 1.6GHz is way too slow, and AMD CPUs in general aren't nearly as powerful as their Intel counterparts, especially when it comes to running CPU-intensive emulators. The fact that's an older generation CPU doesn't help at all.

Anything in the Core i5 or Core i7 series would do just fine.
