weird problem

i have epsxe 1.7 and i configured according to the guide i found here, i can run .img file with no problem, but i cant run .iso even if its the same game. could anyone explain this?

Create another ISO from the original disk.

so its likely just a file error? cuz ive had it happen with several files. most of my games i can run the disks without making isos at all. but some wont run in the drive.

Depending on how the image was created, there could be issues. Your best bet is to re-create the ISO from the original disk at a low read speed.
