no gba currupted file?

so ive been playing pokemon for a good 7 hours and it was fine it crashed once an hour in then i realized the value of saving so i saved every 15 mins well 6 hours later crash and when i try to load it it says rom image crashed.


i delete config settings and the game works just no save i replaced everything in it and found the one line in settings making it crash
Reset/Startup Entrypoint == GBA BIOS (Nintendo logo)

is my 6 hour game play salvageable?
