I already know that the keys for the letters A and Z replace the A and B buttons, and that the ENTER key replaces the start button, but what replaces the SELECT button and L/R Buttons??? And when I go to the 2nd floor of the Pokemon Center on Pokemon LeafGreen, it says my cable thing is not plugged in correct, and I'm on a computer!!!!

1. You can look up and change your controls under Options->Joypad->Configure->1... 2. For linking, you need VBALink. The emulator makes the game think it's being run on a single GBA.

And just to clarify how the 2nd answer given by Smilley links to your question everything on the 2nd floor of the Pokemon center has to do with linking. Just ignore it unless you're going to try trading pokemon using VBALink or no$gba.
