Maximum FPS ?

Hi
I am trying to play Super Mario Galaxy with at least 40 FPS
because I am getting only 30:35 FPS
using DirectX9 graphics plugin on Dolphin V. 3.0

My specs. are :
Intel Core 2 DUO 2.8/3
ATI Radeon HD 4670 1GB
2GB RAM
Windows 7

and I'm not using any overclocking for anything

Jus want to know if I can get more FPS with this current hardware

Only if you overclock.
Get new hardware?

Well , buying a new hardware is difficult for me right now :S
but Will the overclocking make a notable difference with my specs. ?

Hi everyone,
i got the same problem im getting just 35-40 fps when im playing mario kart wii...someone please help
my specs are:-
core 2 duo 2.93 Ghz overclocked to 3.52 Ghz
ATI RADEON 4650 1GB+512Mb internal Graphics graphics card overclocked to 1.4 Ghz
2 Gb Ram memory
.........
still i can't get atleast 50 frames...:-(

@ Z22 : I'm not using any high configuration or advanced settings
but here is mine
