Error Code SPEC Opcode 2f UNK (PC 00000088) (00000080) (1658985,245)

can anybody help me solve the problem about this error messages :

This error messages appears when i'm trying save my game in memory card.I'm Playing Xenogears.but other game running fine when i saving the game in memory card.
this my computer specs :

Code:

Pentium(r) 4 CPU 2.26GHz
512 MB of RAM
VGA Radeon 9200 PRO Family

oo forgot..i'm using ePSXe V1.6.0 and V1.7.0

OpcodeErrors are related with bad Images.
Plz make a new Image or run from CD.
