"The save data could not be accessed"

Ok so I downloaded No$gba and got Pokemon White for it, ran it and got the error "The save data could not be accessed, Please turn the power off and reinsert the game card.", this is bugging me big time.
How do i fix this? I have also googled this error, and to some people, changing the NDS Cartridge backup media to Flash 512kBYTES work, but not for my problem, it consists after wards. Whats going on?
I also downloaded Megaman Battlenetwork 5 (NDS) and ran it, got the same error, switched it to Flash 512k BYTES, and THAT worked.

Is there something im not getting out of this?

Locked. Downloading games is illegal which means it's against the Emuforums Rules and therefore no support will be given with the issue which is why the thread has been locked.
