Pokemon SoulSilver - Question about trading

I have been searching many information about trading Pokemon from Google and Youtube, but unfortunately I cannot get the answer that I want.

Although Youtube got tutorial "How to link NO$GBA" but I still can't get it even I follow all the steps they had given.

Does anyone mind to teach me how to trade the Pokemon in SoulSilver with proper steps?

Peace.

Regard,
Yogurt.

Linking NDS games with No$GBA does not work. Any video claiming otherwise is a fake.

Correct...in addition it's not just no$gba but all DS emulation. You could use PokeSav or another save editor to create the pokemon for yourself though and to insert them into your game.

There are also evolution editors, which let you edit the ROM to change how a poke evolves. Can also make random pokes evolve into legendaries like this
