legends of dragoons to close up and pixelated

im trying to play my legeend of dragoons game but ewvrythings blown up and huge all the re rendered graphics look like something from doom when there supposed too look real looking. i dont know what to do to change ut help would be nice
and also video qaulity of a cutscene is hi=orrible
and on nice settings for the dx63d plugin (ithink)
whedn going into battle it juts skipps and the i have to force restart
also special moves and the transisition into battle is missing
need help 0.0
