NO$GBA 2.6a ERROR- HELP?

Basically, I'm new to all this.
I got the NO$GBA 2.6a downloaded, and I tried to open Pokemon Black with it and a screen opened saying:
"The save data could not be accessed.
Please turn the power off and reinsert Game Card."

What do I do?

Try searching for solutions on forums before you post. You make almost no effort to search before asking....

Don't think we're getting after you personally. Just that people come in and without any effort whatsoever, come in and make a new topic when just a few topics down the line, there's the answer. Get's irritating after a while.
