Convert desmume snapshot to no$gba?

Hello there, I just hope this isnt a problem that has been asked alot because I cant find anything to it (only savegame problems)

So here is it:
I am playing Pokemon Platin on the desmume emulator but it seems he has problems to save the game with the Save function ingame (he crashes), so I had to work with the snapshots.
That worked good so far but now I want to play on on the no$gba emulator (because of multiple reasons).

Now as I said, I can only find solutions to savegame related questions, not snapshots. So I have a ~1,7MB .ds1 Desmume that I want to convert to a .sna no$gba snapshot file...
Is that possible and if yes, how?

No. Snapshots/Savestates are emulator's save. You need to use the in-game save function if you wish to transfer your save from one emulator to another.

so i cant change the emulator if I dont have a proper savegame from the game?
