Chrono Cross Problem

Chrono Cross crashes at same point in the intro every time. Any suggestions to make this work will be appreciated. Running epsxe 1.7.0, Petes OpenGL Driver 2.9, P.E.Op.S DSound Audio Driver 1.9

*edit problem fixed, turns out the image I was using was corrupt

Have you tried ripping the game with CloneCD and with subchannel data? Check out the guide here. What CD-ROM plugin are you using for ePSXe?
