Stuck in Tomba! 2

Hello im new to this forum thing but ive been playing tomba 2 and i am stuck in circus town. Right where you bring the balancing ball to the seesaw the option to hit the striking side of it does not appear. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I just began playing this game as well.
I am having the same problem and it is not like I never could because as soon as I got to town I hit it.
Although once the event is activated I can no longer get the option to hit neither of the seesaws when I go near them even with the balancing ball in place or not...

Therefore I googled the issue in hopes of some kind of enlightment... but, this is SOLEY THE ONLY vaild and accurate resource! Then I see it is a yr old with no solution......

I truly wish this thread will be revived since help will be highly appreciated!!
