Can a vgs game eg tekken3.exe be run using epsxe ?

I bought Tekken3 cd . When I installed it I found that it was to be run with cvgs (the file name is tekken3.exe). It runs nicely but the graphics is horrible(software mode). Can I use epsxe to run it ?And if I can then how ?

Er...developers don't release games that are preloaded to run in a packaged VGS. That would be called a bootleg, and a bootleg for Tekken 3 with such a qualification would be a shame indeed, considering how terrible it looks in software. Locking.
