Urban Chaos Problem

Hallo all,i need some help with that game,recently i have started playing this game and all gone well until the start of a level,i can't see my character and i am inside in one building that i can see the streets finally i make some steps like FPS (first person shooter) and then ePSXe crashes.,if i leave the fmv play before the certain mission crashes after while.i also tested in Psx and make the same thing.

i use iso not cd
ePSXe 1.6

32 bit operating system
Windows vista home premium sp2
