Playstation games don't have any speech in the cutscenes

I'm trying to play this game Chaos Break, I've tried it on PSXe and PSXeven in the CD drive and with just the image and no matter what there's no speech in the scenes just text. I've seen clips of it on YouTube with speech so I know it's supposed to have it. I think it might be a problem with the RIP itself.I have the same problem with another game T.R.A.G. Mission of Mercy which I tried.

I've used ePSXe 1.5.2 with bios scph1001 US and plugins video.E.Op.S Soft Driver 1.18 sound ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2 CDrom plugin P.E.OP.S CDR driver 1.4(when I was trying to play from mounted image, with interface W2K/XP IOCTL scsi and read mode auto-detection ) and ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.2 otherwise.
I also tried it on PSXeven 0.19 with P.E.Op.S Soft Driver 1.16 P.E.Op.S DSound audio driver 1.9 and Xeven's CDR driver 0.93
My computer is a dell dimension 3100 with an intell pentium 4 and 512 ram and windows XP.
I'm tried two versions of chaos break one of which was a full iso I think.

make new images in .ccd or mdf format using the tutorials in the thread below and see if it corrects the problem.
