Will Persona 3 FES run well?

I want to to play Persona 3 FES on the latest beta build of PCSX2, I was wondering if anyone could judge from the system specs in my signature weather or not I would be able to run it at an enjoyable speed using speed hacks (45fps constantly at least, 50 would be great when roaming).
If it will suddenly drop to 40 or below while in battle or due to other circumstances please let me know.

Welll you can run but not fast ...... maybe you should consider chanbe back to 0.95 396x3 to get a speed boost

Hmm.. thanks. My graphics card is good for a portable machine but my processor is always giving me these results

(probably because it's a mobile version). Kingdom Hears ran quite well, except when it had to render more than a few metres distance the FPS dropped to unsatisfactory levels.
And no, I'm not talking a bout some spectacular view like a real time cutscene with a viewable horizon.. that made the whole thing 10fps, lol not that cut scences matter than much.
