ePSXe on Win7x64 won't start
Hi, I know there are a lot of threads like this, but I've read through them all and none of them solved my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I followed the standard guide to the emulator, got the latest plugins and all required files, well exceeded the system requirements and used the recommended settings once I got into the config area. However, once i tried to start a game, or run BIOS, it just stops and says "ePSXe.exe has stopped working" and then it forces me to close the program with no further information on what to do or what went wrong. Here are my specs: Win7x64 NVidia Geforce 310m 512mb 4Gb ram Intel Core I7 1.6 GHz Processor and for ePSXe: Bios: SCPH1001 Video: Pete's OpenGL2 Sound: Pete's DSound ePSXe v. 1.70 Thanks in advance |

Yeah, I think. It wouldn't let me do it by normal so I had to run a command prompt but I still don't know if it worked. After that though I had the same problem as before. I'm still investigating this...

im thinking the dep issues these days are simple configuration issues, or putting the emulator in a stupid place.
