well, some dudes need to get their butts kicked. Oh, and when you told us all how fiercely protective of your daughter you were, I thought it was half talk, like it is with most people but now, you've earned my respect. Since you view that fine as nothing as compares to teaching some dumbass mofo a lesson, I think it serves him right.
He knew that you could beat his ass, but he went ahead.
You knew it was assault, but you don't care about fines, instead you wanted to teach the guy a lesson, and i get that.
But please don't go overboard with it, don't end up in jail and leave your daughter with no pop, poppa, dad, dadda, daddy, or whatever she calls you.
Next time, do this with his car,

Actually here we do... Well, actually only the mopeds that are "supposed" to be limited to speed of 50 km/h but usually they go over 70 km/h and sometimes even over 100 km/h because teens keep pimping them up even if it's illegal... So now picture this, 15 year old idiot teen with a motorcycle with topspeed of up 100 km/h with almost no traffic rules taught driving in the midst of people on the sidewalks and even general traffic and with them it's always on full throttle. And then add the fact that some kids start drinking at the age of 13...

That's bad. What about the accidents from these mopeds? Are they quite a lot?

I don't see the issue. 100 Km/h is only 62mph. They're not "pimped out" until they can at least hit 100mph.

lol we have 50 or so car theft cases every day in my city.

Less than you'd think actually... It's suprising, but still some. I guess it's because the towns are generally pretty small here.

They're originally 50cc... And that's as big as they legally can be. Like I said, idiotic teens(15-16 yo) first tinkering them and the driving these in the middle of pedestrians with that kind of speeds... And they didn't even need a license until few years back, now we have this so called "license", which means you'll be tested with one written exam. Which is passable with just common sense. Well, luckily when they get caught with one of the tinkered mopeds, it's confiscated and you lose the license plus the age you'll get the actual driving license is pushed back by a year plus fines of course...

As a comparison, our motorways only allow speeds of 120 km/h in some places, usually it's either 100 or 80 km/h... 120 being the maximum allowed roadspeed in the entire country so yeah I see that as a problem.

Well, I meant the part with getting robbed with a gun... Otherwise car thefts are pretty common, usually it's teens that just drive off for a while, getting drunk and then burn the car.

Thank you guys for your posts and somewhat help. everything is over, my family is fine and i don't have to go to jail so its fine(luck??? dunno). i have to pay some cash but i will be fine. anyways i recommend people here that if you have some problems with your girlfriend or whatever streets aren't the right place to solve those problems as putting in danger the lives of others won't solve anything.

So did the other guy get anything for reckless driving, or did he just get pardoned for getting some whooping?
