GC Pad on Dolphin

Hey there. I'm new here, so I hope this is the right place to post this. I'm trying to play a GC game on my Dolphin Emulator, I have EVERYTHING set up perfectly, but when try to play my game, I get this:

Error loading Plugins/Plugin_PadSimple.dll: can't read info
Can't intit any PAD Plugins
Couldn't intint the core. Check your configuration.

I'm pretty sure the problem is because I don't have any Plugins for my Gamecube Pad. Well actually I do, but it doesn't show on my Emulator. I'm really not sure what to do. Please help?

Have you tried using a different controller plugin?

Well no, but I really don't know what other kinds there are. If I'm not specific enough, then I'll try to be right now. When I go into Dolphin Configuration, and I go into Plugins, there is nothing in the Pad and Wiimote bar. I don't know why, but it just doesn't show up on my Emulator.

EDIT: Ok, forget everything I just said. It turns out some people have the same problem, and the solution is to update DirectX. I did this, and now I can play the game, but right when I open up my game, Dolphin crashes. T-T

Which game exactly? Also what are your PC specifications?

I have been having this same problem. I get the following errors whenever i click on Gamecube Pad settings.
Error loading Plugins/Plugin_PadSimple.dll: can't read info
Can't intit any PAD Plugins
Couldn't intint the core. Check your configuration.
Also when i go to options>configure>plugins there are no plugins listed in the drop box under Game Cube Pad. I am sure i have plugins in my folder, and I have direct X 9 installed, so I do not know what the problem is.
Can someone please help me?

Well, I don't know my PC specifications :/ but I am trying to play Wind Waker if that helps
