Muramasa - screen trembles!

Using Windows 7, processor Interl Core 2 Quad, VC Zogis GeForce 250, Dolphin version 4771, Muramasa PAL version english.

I tried changing plugins and configuring them to no result, I may suck at this. What I get is the screen trembling, not really that flicker where the screen goes up in an infinite loop. It just trembles a lot.

How can I fix this?

Also: are there controler plugins that'll let me use a PS2 controler for it? (I already use my PS2 controler as a pad for many games and emulators on my PC).

EDIT:

Fixed the screen and controler with Dolphin 2.0

That is an old build. Try this one and see if there is any difference first. And unless you provide us the exact settings of the emulator there are few things to suggest.
