I need to know to convert data.bin to Savegame for Dolphin!

Hi!, I'm new I need help.
I need know how to convert a data.bin downloaded from a website to a Dolphin Savegame! Please I need it

Anyone know how to do it??

Use Tools > Wii Save Import. Then browse to your file and it should work fine.
