Is it possible to get Analog and D-Pad working at the same time?

Right now I'm playing Final Fantasy IX on ePSXe using a PS3 Sixaxis controller. Im using the MotionJoy Dualshock 3 Tool and everything works great. However I dont have use of my d-pad and would like to. Is there someway I can get them both to work?

Also I tried turning analog off (f5) and dpad still didnt work.

Thank you

edit: forgot to add that turning off analog still allows the sticks to work.

What setting are you using in DS3Tool? I recall using the first analog option (the one directly below digital) to get proper PSX DualShock-like functionality. Also, you calibrated the GamePad in ePSXE, right?
