need some help with psx im new

ok so i have tried to figure it out on my own being a pretty computer savey guy but i cant seem to get any games to work.

i have psxfin installed and working correctly, i also have epsxe working correctly as well but cant get any of the games i downloaded to play with them. i used a programm called powerISO to make an imageCD of one of the .rar files i DLed for final fantasy tactics but after i do RUN ISO it just sits at a black screen

can any1 explain to me how to download and play a game on psx or epsxe without actually owning the game( used to own it but lost the disc in a recent move ) any help is much appreciated thanks
