Need some help with my VBA

Hi guys, computer illiterate noob here!
I'm running Mac OSx Snow Leopard, and I might be being tardy, but I downloaded the latest Mac VBA and it doesn't seem to have a save button - there's just run and open. What am I doing wrong?!
It also tends to randomly quit when playing some of the roms I downloaded.
Halp! *flails*

I am afraid that downloaded games are against the Emuforums Rules so you will not receive help here and because of that your thread has been locked.
