How can I get this to work?

I want to try netplay on the epsxe 1.7.0, anyone know what I need for it to work and even if I get it to work, what configurations would you suggest using for it?

Ok I got netplay, but it doesn't show up in the netplay list when I try to change it and I put it in the plugin folder...unless it goes somewhere else.
