Edited Budokai 3 GH won't load?

Hey guys, i decrypted a copy of my budokai 3 greatest hits onto my computer. Now when i initially try to run the game, it works perfectly. Now i am a major editor and i recently was able to make a new file that controls the life bars and such (it makes them go away). I replace it with the older file of the same name and quality and try to burn. Then when i try to run, i get a black screen. IDK why. could someone help me? If it helps, i am using UltraISO and after the new iso is made, the size of the iso is half of what it was before. Whenever i burn it and run it on my soft modded ps2, it works. Does anyone know why it won't work on PCSX2? Thanks

Are you trying to run an ISO or your burned disk?
