PCSX2 plugins pack 30-12-2009

Upgrades Software plug-ins for Sony Playstation 2 emulators. Changes:
- Added a set of plug-in management SSSPSX 1.7;
- In videoplagine GSdx improved emulation scalability;
- Minor changes and corrections of the intermediate versions of nearly every one of plug-ins.

Nice!!! hopefully this new pack fix the problem that causes my PC to freeze everytime i load a game
