ePSXe 1.5.0 & Internal W2K CDR

I would like to know if anybody else is having problems with the Internal W2K CDR plugin included with ePSXe 1.5.0. e.g. In my computer, the emu crashes without giving advice when trying to start/load a game in Pac-Man World. It also happens with Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness title screen. They run OK when I choose an external CDR plugin but I can't get CD Audio playback, so I decided to use ePSXe 1.4.0 only for those games. Does anybody know if there is any way to specify the emu executable from epsxecutor?
