Will SSBB run 100% on my computer?

Intel Dual core E8400 3.00GHz
Nvidia 9800 GT
4 GB Ram

Just wondering before I started messing with dolphin (I've never used before,e Just used Pcsx2, and everything lower gen than that). I was told that it would run perfectly if I overclocked to 4.00GHz or so but I really dont know how to do that. Any advice?

It should run perfectly even without overclocking

that's perfectly fine, much crappier computers can run dolphin at playable speeds...

Then, you must use PAL version of SSBB, dunno why NTSC doesn't work...

only thing is, can you obtain a European SSBB and dump it via over the network to your PC using Homebrew Channel or a special LG drive (GC/wii discs are read backwards compared to regular dvds)

It's read at constant angular velocity, not constant linear velocity, that's the only difference. No such thing as "read backwards" DVD.
