I think I am mean............

I only come to these message boards when I need to collect some info and need some help. And in doing so I may reply to a few threads.
So whatever, here it goes again:

I want to know whether the games available for NTSC Ps2 are also available for Pal PS2.
I meant to ask whether all the games are released on both NTSC and Pal ?
Here is alist of few games I want to ask:

Smackdown 3
GTA 3
Resident Evil Code Veronica
NBA Live 2002
FF X
MGS 2

dude, i have no idea what you are talking about.
first off, in general, not all ntsc games are released as pal, or vice versa. many ntsc games do get released as pal, but you may have to wait.
if you are asking whether a ntsc game will work with a pal ps2, then no it will not. there is region protection which you will need something to get get around it but, apparently imports in the uk arent legal anyhow.

Like I said in one of your previous threads, get a US PS2. Why are you bothering with a PAL one anyway? Aren't there any US version PS2s in Pakistan?

The problem is that US versions are available in 110V only.
And here we have 220V.
Either I have to buy a step down convertor or a Pal system.
Is PAL that bad ?
There would have been no problems if I had to buy the PS2 here but I am buying it from outside my country.
I may get one from Australia (PAL) or from USA (NTSC) as my brothers are living there.
I DON"T WANT TO BUY A PS2 FROM PAKISTAN as there is a lot of cheating going on here.
The SONY showrooms don't sell PS2's !
They only have PSone's here.
And mostly Pal games are found here but getting the games is not a problem as I can get them from USA too.

Then get a voltage step down convertor and be happier than with a PAL system. NTSC are much more 'general' and easy to get. As you have the contact you mesioned, you should have no problems in getting the NTSC system, the games and stuff.
